LSM names Fraigneau European president

July 8 - (The Insurer) - Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has appointed Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau as president for Europe, the company said on Tuesday.

Fraigneau, who currently serves as chief underwriting officer for the region, will succeed Kadidja Sinz, who is set to retire at the end of 2025.

He will begin his new role on September 1 and work closely with Sinz until year-end.

Fraigneau started his career with AIG, where he spent 12 years. His experience spans African, European and Middle Eastern markets.

Last month, LSM restructured its UK and Middle East and North Africa region into three divisions focusing on marine and aviation, specialty and property, and a new auto-follow unit.
