MSIG USA appoints Meade to head central region distribution

July 7 - (The Insurer) - MSIG USA has appointed Laura Meade as central region distribution leader, it announced on Monday.
Meade will report to Joseph Fitzpatrick, head of distribution for MSIG USA. She will focus on identifying regional growth opportunities for the insurer.
Meade has 18 years of experience in risk management, brokerage and enterprise insurance. Previously, she was the director of risk management at Telephone and Data Systems, where she led the company's insurance programs and played a role in enterprise risk and cyber incident response planning. She also worked as a casualty broker at Marsh in Chicago.
Meade's appointment follows the recent hires of David Petrone as northeast region distribution leader and Jayson Taylor as head of casualty.
