July 1 - (The Insurer) - MS Reinsurance has announced leadership changes across its underwriting operations in Switzerland, Bermuda and the U.S., along with structural adjustments in the Americas, international and global specialty lines business units.
The company said that it plans to consolidate its specialty offerings under the global specialty lines umbrella, including engineering, and further align its Americas and international P&C offerings by client types.
Joerg Bruniecki is set to assume the role of chief underwriting officer for global specialty lines, transitioning from his previous position as chief underwriting officer, international.
Andy Hottinger, formerly head of EMEA P&C, will take over as chief underwriting officer, international. Louis de Segonzac will remain as chief underwriting officer for the Americas.
“These changes more closely connect our structure to our clients, to serve them in the most straight-forward way to support them in the challenges they will face in the coming years,” said Charles Goldie, group chief underwriting officer at MS Re.
