Liberty GTS names Lunn to lead UK, CEE and MEA regions

July 1 - (The Insurer) - Liberty Mutual's Global Transaction Solutions (GTS) unit has appointed Nick Lunn as head of the UK, central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, it announced on Tuesday.
Lunn joined Liberty GTS in February 2020 and spent five years as head of southern Europe. Prior to Liberty GTS, Lunn spent three years at WTW as executive director within the M&A transactional risks team.
He is succeeded as head of southern Europe by Barbara Magni. Based in Milan, Italy, Magni joined Liberty GTS' subsidiary Ironshore in 2016, with a focus on souther European transactions. Prior to that, she trained as a solicitor at Clyde & Co in London.
Both Lunn and Magni will report into Markus Messinger, head of EMEA at Liberty GTS.
