BERLIN, July 1 (Reuters) - Iran's embassy in Berlin rejected as unfounded on Tuesday accusations concerning what it described as "an alleged planned attack on Jewish institutions" in the German capital.
"These unfounded and dangerous accusations appear to be part of a deliberate campaign to divert public attention," said the embassy in an emailed statement.
Earlier, German prosecutors said a Danish national had been arrested on suspicion of spying for Iran with the aim of collecting information on Jewish sites and individuals in Berlin.
