K2 Inland officially launched under Jennings leadership

June 27 - (The Insurer) - K2 Insurance Services has officially launched its new Josh Jennings-led inland marine-focused MGA.

This publication in May revealed that K2 had recruited Chicago-based Jennings from Aspen to spearhead the launch of the new platform, which it has now been confirmed is called K2 Inland.

Jennings leads K2 Inland as president and CEO.

At Aspen, Jennings had most recently served as head of inland marine and property programs.

As reported in May, the expectation was that several of Jennings’ former Aspen colleagues would also make the move to K2, and that has proven to be the case.

Michael Tate, who latterly served Aspen as head of product and underwriting, inland marine, has joined K2 Inland as executive vice president and chief underwriting officer.

And Erin Ivanovic has been appointed senior vice president at K2 Inland, having previously been senior vice president, Northeast territory manager at Aspen.
