Italian insurer Unipol UNPI.MI, the main shareholder in Banca Popolare di Sondrio BPSI.MI, said it had agreed to BPER's EMII.MI bid for Banca Popolare di Sondrio. nL4N3ST1D3

CoreWeave CRWV.O is in talks to buy Core Scientific CORZ.O, after the bitcoin miner rejected an earlier deal from the cloud provider last year, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3ST1BD

Two Canadian pension funds have halted a long-running auction for renewable energy developer Cubico Sustainable Investments that they had hoped could be valued at more than $6 billion, including debt, three people familiar with the matter said. nL6N3SS24F
