June 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday:

** AI-focused broker consolidator Equal Parts has acquired Assurely, an Austin-based agency serving startups and emerging companies. nL6N3ST0U8

** Italian insurer Unipol UNPI.MI, the main shareholder in Banca Popolare di Sondrio BPSI.MI, said it had agreed to BPER's EMII.MI bid for Banca Popolare di Sondrio. nL4N3ST1D3

** CoreWeave CRWV.O is in talks to buy Core Scientific CORZ.O, after the bitcoin miner rejected an earlier deal from the cloud provider last year, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3ST1BD

** Two Canadian pension funds have halted a long-running auction for renewable energy developer Cubico Sustainable Investments that they had hoped could be valued at more than $6 billion, including debt, three people familiar with the matter said. nL6N3SS24F

** Italian spirits group Campari CPRI.MI has agreed to sell its historic Cinzano vermouth and its Frattina grappa brands to domestic rival Caffo Group 1915 for 100 million euros ($117 million), it said. nL8N3ST1CK

** Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Eagle Harbor Insurance, based in Bainbridge Island, Washington, and Osterts and Associates, based in Plano, Texas. nL6N3ST0PT

** Spanish energy company Repsol REP.MC said it has agreed to sell a 24% stake in Indonesia's Corridor Block gas operation to Jakarta-listed Medco Energi MEDC.JK for $425 million. nL8N3ST08P

** Shell's SHEL.L and Equinor's EQNR.OL British joint venture, set to become the biggest oil and gas producer in the UK North Sea, will be named Adura, the companies said. nL8N3ST14Z

** CarUX, a smart cockpit solutions provider and a subsidiary of Taiwan's display maker Innolux Corp <3481.TW>, said it will acquire Japan's Pioneer Corporation in a deal valued at 163.6 billion yen (around $1.1 billion). nL6N3ST0F8
