Inszone acquires insurance agencies Eagle Harbor and Osterts and Associates

June 26 - (The Insurer) - Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Eagle Harbor Insurance, based in Bainbridge Island, Washington, and Osterts and Associates, based in Plano, Texas.
The financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998, Eagle Harbor Insurance has been a trusted provider of personalised insurance solutions for over two decades.
Osterts and Associates specialises in all lines of personal insurance, including auto, umbrella, RV, boat, as well as life, financial services, and business and commercial insurance.
"This merger further strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality service in Texas and the Midwest regions," said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone.
Earlier in June, Inszone announced it had acquired Evers Insurance, based in Cave Creek, Arizona, and Denver West Insurance Brokers, based in Golden, Colorado.
