NATO will decide unanimously to raise defence spending at summit, Rutte says

THE HAGUE, June 25 (Reuters) - NATO will decide unanimously for countries to raise defence spending to 5% of gross domestic product, Mark Rutte, the chief of the military alliance, told reporters on Wednesday.
Rutte added Europeans and Canadians would need to pay more for defence, not American taxpayers.
