Exante founder Lee joins Blink Parametric

June 23 - (The Insurer) - Blink Parametric has appointed Chris Lee as head of strategy and innovation, the Exante founder said in a LinkedIn post on Monday.
Lee previously led Dublin-based insurtech Exante, which develops and provides technology for parametric insurance products. He had said in February that he was stepping away from the company he founded after more than five years.
The move follows Brian Barter's recent appointment as CEO of Blink Parametric, with Sid Mouncey becoming chief commercial officer.
Blink is best known for travel disruption solutions, including products that pay travellers automatically after their flight is delayed or cancelled, or provide access to airport lounges.
Its parent company said last week that it planned to invest the proceeds from selling its other businesses into Blink's commercial and technology operations.
