Germany's Merz says Iran must immediately enter talks with US and Israel

BERLIN, June 22 (Reuters) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz urged Iran to enter immediate talks with the United States and Israel to find a diplomatic solution to the current conflict, a government spokesperson said on Sunday.
The spokesperson said Merz would "coordinate closely" with his EU and U.S. partners on further steps in the course of the day.
