Over 200 Mexicans have been detained since recent wave of raids began, Sheinbaum says

MEXICO CITY, June 20 (Reuters) - At least 222 Mexican nationals have been detained in the United States since a series of immigration raids in Los Angeles and subsequent protests against them started up in recent weeks, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Friday.
She did not clarify where they had been apprehended or what their legal status was.
