Texas Instruments plans to invest over $60 billion in US to make foundational chips

June 18 (Reuters) - Texas Instruments TXN.O said on Wednesday it would invest more than $60 billion across seven U.S. semiconductor fabs, marking the largest investment in foundational chip manufacturing in American history.
