June 13 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump is considering nominating Melissa Holyoak, a member of the Federal Trade Commission, as the U.S. attorney for Utah, a source familiar with the matter confirmed on Friday.
Holyoak was sworn in as a FTC commissioner last year. Before that she served as the solicitor general of Utah.
The White House and Holyoak's office did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Bloomberg first reported that Holyoak was under consideration on Friday.
