Inszone acquires Denver West Insurance Brokers, expanding Colorado presence

June 13 - (The Insurer) - California-based Inszone has acquired Denver West Insurance Brokers, based in Golden, Colorado.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"Tina Kiel has built an exceptional business centered on customer relationships and personalized service," said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services.
"This acquisition enhances our ability to provide outstanding insurance solutions throughout Colorado, further reinforcing our local presence."
In April, Inszone announced that it had acquired Missouri's Davidson Insurance Agency Group.
