DEAL FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION PAYABLE AT CLOSING WHICH VALUES 100% OF SHARE CAPITAL AT AN ESTIMATED €6.4 BILLION AS OF END 2025
CLOSING OF TRANSACTION EXPECTED TO OCCUR DURING H1 2026
BPCE WILL PROCEED WITH NECESSARY CONSULTATIONS IN ORDER TO SIGN ACQUISITION CONTRACT
