Poland's Arlen sets IPO price at 35 zlotys per share

- Polish protective clothing maker Arlen Group priced its initial public offering (IPO) in Warsaw at 35 zlotys per share on Friday, below the previously given maximum of 38 zlotys.

A family foundation controlled by Arlen's CEO and founder Andrzej Tabaczynski, A.T. Fundacja Rodzinna, will offer 7.7 million shares in the offering, 0.7 million of which will be allocated to retail investors.

The price indicates that the value of the offering amounts to 270.9 million zlotys ($73.19 million).

The shares are expected to start trading on the Warsaw stock exchange on June 24.

The IPO is the second on the Polish bourse's main market this year, following medical diagnostics company Diagnostyka's DIAP.WA 1.7 billion zloty share sale in January.
