Asta appoints Logue as CFO

June 12 - (The Insurer) - Asta has appointed Stuart Logue as chief financial officer, subject to regulatory approval, the company said on Thursday.
Logue joins from Flood Re, where he served as interim CEO and previously as CFO.
He replaces Richard Barke, who will take on a senior leadership role at Asta's owner, Davies Group.
Additionally, Asta has appointed Sian Fisher and Andrew Neden to its board as independent non-executive directors, with Neden also assuming the role of audit chair, pending regulatory approval.
