TURIN, June 12 (Reuters) - Europe needs small and affordable cars like Japan's so-called 'kei cars', Stellantis STLAM.MI Chairman John Elkann said on Thursday.
Speaking at an automotive event in Turin, Elkann also said the cost of cars has increased in recent years mostly due to regulation.
