Iran announces counter-measures to UN nuclear watchdog's resolution

DUBAI, June 12 (Reuters) - Iran announced counter-measures to the International Atomic Energy Agency's resolution declaring it in breach of non-proliferation obligations, state TV said on Thursday, including the opening of a new enrichment site and upgrading of centrifuges in Fordow nuclear facility.
