KUALA LUMPUR, June 11 (Reuters) - Malaysia's trade minister will travel to Washington on June 18 for negotiations on U.S. tariffs, Malaysian state media reported on Wednesday.
Trade Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz had previously held talks with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer in Washington in April.
The Southeast Asian country is facing a 24% tariff on goods exported to the U.S. unless an agreement is struck before a moratorium expires in July.
