Price Forbes Re enters life, pensions, and annuities with Sanday hire

June 5 - (The Insurer) - Price Forbes Re has expanded its offering with the hire of Isaac Sanday as global head of life, pensions and annuities.

The company said in a statement on Thursday that Sanday joined the broker on June 2, 2025, and will be reporting directly to Roger Smith, head of accident, health and life.

London-based Sanday will be responsible for the creation of this new line of business for Price Forbes Re, building out a division that advises, consults, structures and places life, pension and annuity reinsurance transactions globally.

Sanday has more than 26 years of industry experience, across a variety of roles. He joins from Guy Carpenter, where he held the role of head of life and annuities for the UK, Ireland and the Americas.

Prior to that, he spent time as a senior director at Willis Re/Willis Towers Watson covering EMEA. He has also worked at Swiss Re across multiple roles.

Prior to reinsurance, Sanday worked in investment banking at R.J. O’Brien, Merrill Lynch, Société Générale and ABN AMRO in the US and UK.
