Brazil's Totvs hires Morgan Stanley to sell Dimensa stake, says local media
SAO PAULO, June 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian software company Totvs TOTS3.SA hired Morgan Stanley to seek a buyer for its 62.5% stake in Dimensa, a joint venture with stock exchange operator B3 B3SA3.SA, Valor Economico reported on Wednesday.
Totvs' intention is to fully exit or reduce the stake in Dimensa, as the firm has been weighing on Totvs' earnings, Valor said. There were still no advanced talks with potential buyers, it added.
Totvs, when asked for comment, said it does not respond to market speculations.
