Everest hires AIG's Guerrero as head of wholesale casualty

June 3 - (The Insurer) - Everest has appointed Pamela Guerrero, former construction industry leader for AIG's Lexington unit, as head of wholesale casualty for Everest Evolution.

Guerrero's earlier roles included developing and implementing national training programs across liability, claims and underwriting, as well as underwriting complex casualty programs for AIG’s Dublin, Ireland unit.

In her new role, she will lead E&S primary and excess casualty, industry specialties and environmental units, and report to Stephen Buonpane, president of Everest Evolution.

“Pam brings an impressive track record of driving profitable growth in casualty underwriting while leading both regional and national teams,” Buonpane said.
