Brazil trying to negotiate tariffs with US government, says Lula

SAO PAULO, June 3 (Reuters) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said on Tuesday that his country has been trying to negotiate tariffs with the United States, but vowed to take action if no agreement is reached.
"We could seek the WTO (World Trade Organization) or take measures of reciprocity," Lula told a press conference in Brasilia.
