Al Fardan named MENA chairman at Burns & Wilcox

June 2 - (The Insurer) - HW Kaufman Group has appointed Hasan Fardan Al Fardan as non-executive chairman for Burns & Wilcox in the Middle East and North Africa region.
In his new role, Al Fardan will work closely with HW Kaufman co-president Jodie Kaufman Davis and international CEO Paul Greensmith.
Burns & Wilcox MENA was established in the UAE in 2024. HW Kaufman plans to expand Burns & Wilcox to Abu Dhabi and grow across the UAE, the company said in a press note.
Al Fardan is currently CEO of Al Fardan Exchange, which is the financial services arm of his family’s business. He is also a board member across many multinational corporations. He is based in the UAE, and is an expert in investment strategy, real estate, corporate restructuring and financial services.
In April, Burns & Wilcox appointed Alex Gargano and Erica Rangel to leadership positions in its New York and Chicago offices, respectively.
