Zurich North America adds Aon’s Andrejko as head of construction professional liability

May 28 - (The Insurer) - Marty Andrejko has returned to Zurich North America as head of construction professional liability, after most recently serving as managing director for the same line at Aon since late 2023.

Philadelphia-based Andrejko will report to head of construction Toby Cushing at Zurich.

Andrejko has more than 35 years of industry experience including leadership roles at Convex, Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Axa XL, as well as a nearly eight-year tenure at Zurich from 2008 to 2015.

“Marty’s strong relationships with retail and E&S brokers, along with his reputation as a subject matter expert in construction professional liability, are invaluable assets to our team,” Cushing said.

Cushing was appointed head of construction earlier this month following a brief tenure as deputy chief underwriting officer since March.
