Rubio discusses trade, fentanyl, Arctic security with Canada's foreign minister

May 23 (Reuters) - Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand that the U.S. and Canada must work together to ensure balanced trade, counter the flow of fentanyl across their shared border, and enhance Arctic security in a call on Friday, U.S. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said in a statement.
