Russia ready to present peace terms to Ukraine after prisoner swap, minister says

MOSCOW, May 23 (Reuters) - Russia will be ready to hand Ukraine a draft document outlining conditions for a long-term peace agreement once the current prisoner exchange is completed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.
Russia and Ukraine each released 390 prisoners on Friday and said they would free more in the coming days, in what is expected to be the biggest prisoner swap of the war so far.
