Motorola Solutions MSI.N is in advanced talks to acquire closely held wireless-radio maker Silvus Technologies for around $4.5 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Russia's largest oil producer Rosneft has acquired Tomtor, the country's largest rare earth metal deposit, a companies registry showed, after President Vladimir Putin's call last year for development of the field to be accelerated.
