May 21 - (The Insurer) - Axa XL announced on Wednesday that Tavpraneet Singh will replace Ana Dores as chief underwriting officer for international financial lines in the Asia Pacific and Europe region, starting June 1.
Singh will oversee the management of Axa XL’s financial lines portfolio and will work closely with local underwriting teams. He will be responsible for the underwriting strategy for professional indemnity, management liability, financial institutions, cyber, and mergers and acquisitions in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Singh was previously regional product leader for financial lines and cyber for Europe and APAC region.
Dores is moving to a new role leading Axa XL's business in Iberia, the company said in February.
