Levi Strauss said it will sell its Dockers apparel brand to Reebok and Van Heusen owner Authentic Brands Group for $311 million to focus on its flagship Levi's brand and the Beyond Yoga activewear line.

Britain's Centrica CNA.L said that Spirit Energy, its joint venture with German utility Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM), will sell a 46.25% stake in the Cygnus gas field to Ithaca Energy ITH.L for about 116 million pounds ($155.05 million). nL4N3RS0K8

Japan's Seven & I Holdings 3382.T plans to sell a partial stake in Seven Bank 8410.T to trading house Itochu 8001.T, with an announcement expected as early as May 30, the Nikkei business reported. nL4N3RS0F7
