Russia says Ukraine must decide if it will discuss peace accord memorandum

MOSCOW, May 20 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Tuesday that Ukraine needed to decide whether or not it would cooperate in discussing a memorandum ahead of a future peace accord that Moscow has proposed.
In her weekly briefing, Zakharova said that Ukraine's European allies had sought but failed to prevent the resumption of direct dialogue with Russia.
