BANGKOK, May 20 (Reuters) - Thailand's cabinet on Tuesday approved funding of 157 billion baht ($4.7 billion) for measures to counter the impact of U.S. tariffs on the economy, a government spokesperson said.
On Monday, the finance minister said the next phases of a cash handout scheme would be delayed and the remaining budget of 157 billion baht would be used elsewhere.
