MediaTek to tape out 2nm chip at TSMC in Sept, MediaTek CEO says

TAIPEI, May 20 (Reuters) - Taiwan's chip designer MediaTek 2454.TW plans to tape out its new 2 nanometer chip at foundry TSMC in September 2025, MediaTek's CEO Rick Tsai said on Tuesday at the Computex forum in Taipei.
