BHSI global head of transactional liability Underhill leaves role

May 16 - (The Insurer) - Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance's global head of transactional liability Robert Underhill has departed from his role, with Michael Brooks, senior vice president and North America head of transactional liability, set to take over temporarily.

Sources familiar with the matter confirmed that Underhill has left his role.

Underhill had been with BHSI for more than nine years after joining in February 2016. Before that, he held roles at Locke Lord, Fortress Investment Group, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, AIG and others.

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
