ISTANBUL, May 16 (Reuters) - Russian and Ukrainian negotiators will hold talks shortly in a meeting chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, a source from his ministry said, in what would be their first direct peace talks in more than three years of war.
