
ANTALYA, Turkey, May 15 (Reuters) - NATO and Estonia are in close contact about an incident in the Baltic Sea, in which Tallinn said Russia had briefly sent a military jet into NATO airspace, the Alliance's Secretary-General Mark Rutte said on Thursday.
"NATO and Estonia are in close contact on this and coordinating absolutely on making sure we know what is happening. That is why we are active in this region," he said during a press conference in Turkey.
