BRUSSELS, May 15 (Reuters) - A trade deal like the one the United States made with Britain would not work for the European Union and would spark countermeasures, Sweden's trade minister said on Thursday.
"If the UK-US deal is what Europe gets, then the US can expect countermeasures from our side. We will not be happy with that kind of deal. It's not a free trade deal, I would barely call it a trade deal at all," Sweden's Benjamin Dousa told reporters ahead of a meeting of EU trade ministers in Brussels.
