Tariffs not right approach, killing value, France's Macron says

PARIS, May 15 (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that tariffs are not the right approach to take in the current world environment and are killing a lot of economic value.
Speaking at a markets conference in Paris, Macron said the United States needed to stabilise in order to offer more predictability to its partners.
