Skyward adds The Hartford’s LaFlamme as president of captives and specialty programs

May 14 - (The Insurer) - Skyward Specialty Insurance Group has hired Corey LaFlamme from The Hartford as president of captives and specialty programs.

LaFlamme spent more than two decades at The Hartford, most recently serving as head of programs.

Additionally, the company announced that Kirby Hill, formerly president of industry solutions, specialty programs and captives, will assume the role of chairman for captives and specialty programs.

In this new capacity, Hill will focus on business development, key account relationship management, strategic matters and mentoring.
