WTW adds Gallagher’s Lofstrom as deputy regional leader for New England

May 13 - (The Insurer) - Willis has appointed David Lofstrom from Gallagher as deputy regional leader for New England within corporate risk and broking (CRB) in North America.
Boston-based Lofstrom will report directly to Ionel Rizea, chief commercial officer for CRB North America.
Lofstrom brings over three decades of industry experience and most recently served as area president in the Greater Boston region at Gallagher. His previous roles include positions at USI Insurance Services, TD Insurance and Iron Mountain.
In his new role, Lofstrom will work with the New England team to identify new opportunities and accelerate growth throughout the region. He will also collaborate with various industry vertical division leaders and subject matter experts.
“His experience, particularly in the sales and business development space, complements our growth strategy for North America. His background in both brokerage and [client] risk management aligns closely with our CRB objective of providing innovative solutions to clients,” said Rizea.
