Canopius UK CEO to join LMA board

May 13 - (The Insurer) - The Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) has appointed Mark Newman, chief executive officer of Canopius UK and Canopius Managing Assets, to its board.
The appointment comes after Canopius Group CEO Kate Roy stepped down from the board.
Newman joined Canopius as CEO for the APAC and MENA region in 2016, having previously served as CEO of Catlin Asia Pacific.
