Kremlin says Russia to think over proposal for 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine, TASS reports

MOSCOW, May 10 (Reuters) - Russia will consider a proposal for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine, while Moscow has its own position, the TASS news agency said on Saturday, citing Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Major European powers threw their weight behind an unconditional 30-day Ukraine ceasefire on Saturday, with the backing of U.S. President Donald Trump, and threatened President Vladimir Putin with "massive" new sanctions if he did not accept within days.
