US says it agreed with Switzerland to speed up trade talks

May 9 (Reuters) - The United States and Switzerland agreed to speed up talks on reciprocal trade, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative said on Friday following talks involving USTR Jamieson Greer, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Swiss President Karin Keller-Sutter in Geneva.
"USTR looks forward to continuing our negotiations over the next several weeks," the statement said.
