US commerce chief says dozens of trade deals to be rolled out over next month

WASHINGTON, May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick told CNBC on Thursday that Washington will roll out dozens of trade deals over the next month and that it aimed to de-escalate with China in the upcoming talks.
When asked about reporting that President Donald Trump urged a raise in tax rates on the wealthiest Americans, Lutnick said he supported that.
