BOSTON, May 7 (Reuters) - A federal judge moved on Wednesday to restrict the ability of President Donald Trump's administration to swiftly deport migrants to Libya, saying doing so would "clearly violate" a previous court order he issued to ensure due process.
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston issued the order at the urging of immigrant rights advocates who said the administration was poised to "blatantly" defy an injunction he had previously issued designed to protect the due process rights of migrants subject to final deportation orders.
