Putin and Venezuela's Maduro to seal strategic partnership in Moscow talks on Wednesday, Kremlin says

MOSCOW, May 7 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in Moscow on Wednesday, the Kremlin said, saying the two countries would also sign a substantial strategic partnership agreement.
Maduro is also due to attend commemorative events around the the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet Union and its allies over Nazi Germany, including a military parade on Friday.
