Darag bolsters senior leadership with Wilkes as CFO

May 7 - (The Insurer) - Darag Group has appointed Theo Wilkes as chief financial officer, while Darag Deutschland AG has promoted Till Wagner and Felix Rollin to executive board members, the company said on Wednesday.
Wilkes, who will bring over two decades of experience, joined the company in June 2024 and operates out of London
He previously worked at Enstar Group for 14 years, where he served as group controller and also held positions such as CFO of the StarStone European operations.
Wagner was previously head of M&A Europe at Darag AG, while Rollin has been with Darag AG since 2011, serving as group general counsel and group chief compliance officer.
