BERLIN, May 6 (Reuters) - Germany's Bundestag lower house of parliament is to reconvene at 3 pm (1300 GMT) on Tuesday, the ntv broadcaster reported, after conservative leader Friedrich Merz failed to get the required majority in a first round of voting to be elected chancellor.
